Gibson IMTS-CH Tony Iommi Signature Humbucker Pickup w/Chrome Cover

Humbuckers do not all sound alike, despite the common misconception that they do. Gibson has a range of humbucking pickups available, each model with its own distinctive personality. This one was the first signature pickup designed and built by Gibson, as a collaboration with legendary Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi, and it's unlike any other. It is the same humbucking pickup that Iommi uses on his signature model Gibson SG.

The closed cover design means that it's built to really pack a punch with razor-sharp highs, blistering mids and tightly focused low end. The magnet configuration and special wire winding ensure maximum sustain, while the wax and epoxy potting protects against noise and unwanted microphonic feedback.
