This is a vinyl LP pressing of Torches by Foster the People. The American indie pop band originally released their debut studio album on May 23, 2011, through Columbia Records. Not long after the band formed, frontman Mark Foster wrote and recorded the song "Pumped Up Kicks" which later on proved to be a sleeper hit, the song gained significant airplay on modern rock stations, the song crossed-over onto contemporary hit radio and became one of 2011's most popular songs. Torches were nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album and have been certified platinum in Australia and the US, Philippines, and Canada.
