The Chopper thickens your single coil tone by adding more grunt. It's essentially a louder gutsier version of the Fast Track 1, with more heft in the mids and low-end, yet it doesn't lose the kicking high end of true single coils. It shares the same side-by-side coils and twin-blade construction as the Fast Track1, so there are no misaligned poles or magnetic-pull problems.
The Chopper works great as a strong bridge pickup to really drive your amp's front-end. Combine it with a pair of Fast Track 1's in the neck and middle and you have one serious Strat upgrade.
