About This Product

This is a vinyl LP pressing of Frogstomp by the Australian rock band Silverchair, presented as a limited edition of 7,500 numbered copies on yellow & green marbled gatefold vinyl. Silverchair released their full-length debut album in 1994 when the band members—Ben Gillies, Daniel Johns, and Chris Joannou—were only 15 years of age. The 11 tracks were recorded in just nine days with producer Kevin ‘Caveman’ Shirley. The legendary debut included tracks like "Pure Massacre," the vinyl-only track "Blind," and their most popular single to date, "Tomorrow". Frogstomp became both a critical and commercial success, has since been certified double Platinum by the RIAA, and paved the band's way to becoming one of Australia’s most acclaimed and successful acts.
