About This Product

This is a triple vinyl LP pressing of Grayfolded, a collaboration between the Grateful Dead and John Oswald. The album is a re-composed version of "Dark Star," created by layering and "folding" together over 100 live performances of the song recorded between 1968 and 1993. Using Plunderphonic techniques, Oswald's work creates an ultimate "Dark Star" that is even more than the sum of its parts.
