2023 saw Ibanez strike a chord of brilliance with the AS93BC, a gem within the Artcore Expressionist series. Born in Indonesia's musical heart, this hollow-body electric guitar is a testament to craftsmanship and innovation.
The AS93FM features a full-sized, double-cutaway, semi-hollow body design with a laminated linden top with ƒ holes and ivory multi-binding on Bocote back and sides mated to a set-in Nyatoh and maple neck with a 22-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard with ivory binding and acrylic block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with gold covers and individual volume and tone controls, a Gibraltar Performer bridge with a Quik Change tailpiece, a plastic nut, a tortoiseshell pickguard, Sure Grip III knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines.
