About This Product

The Ibanez GF1 is a 2025 AZ Series solid-body electric guitar and the signature model of Chinese guitarist GaoFunk (潘高峰), expertly crafted in Japan by FujiGen. Featuring an alder body paired with an S-Tech roasted maple Oval C neck and a compound-radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 stainless steel frets, it delivers smooth playability and modern precision. A versatile Seymour Duncan pickup set—Hyperion humbucker at the bridge with Fortuna single-coils in the neck and middle—works with the dyna-MIX9 switching system and Alter Switch to unlock nine distinct tones, including series single-coil sounds that mimic a second humbucker. Premium hardware such as a Gotoh T1702B tremolo, locking tuners, bone nut, and angled jack complete this performance-ready instrument built for expressive, genre-spanning play.
