The MEINL Artist Design Cymbal 22" Anika Nilles AD2 is a limited-edition ride that combines distinctive visual artwork with a dark, expressive musical character. Featuring Anika Nilles’ original “Ocean Tides” artwork engraved into the bronze surface, this thin 22" ride is made from B20 bronze and hand hammered for a complex, dark sound with a low-mid pitch, mid-dark timbre and short sustain. Its controlled response and low volume make it well suited to Rock, Pop, Fusion, Funk, Jazz, R&B and studio applications, while each serialized cymbal serves as both a functional instrument and a unique piece of artistic expression. 
