This is a 2018 purple-coloured vinyl LP pressing of Money Jungle by Duke Ellington, Charles Mingus and Max Roach. The American jazz super-group originally released their studio album in February 1963, via United Artist Records. Produced by Alan Douglas, the album was recorded at Sound Makers Studio in New York City. Hundreds of musicians have been influenced by the recording, in particular by the freedom of individual expression within a small-group setting.
