Originally released in 1984, this album captures the Japanese fusion guitar legend’s signature tropical, sun-drenched sound, blending reggae, Latin, funk, and jazz influences. Part of the 50th Anniversary Edition celebrating Takanaka’s solo career, this special release has been newly remastered from the original master tapes in high resolution and lacquer-cut at Abbey Road Studios by acclaimed engineer Alex Wharton. The album features standout tracks including “CUBAN HEELS” and “DANCING TO CAT GUITAR”
