This is a 40th-anniversary edition vinyl LP pressing of Tina Turner's smash-hit album Private Dancer. Celebrating this milestone, a deluxe 5CD/BR box set featuring the 2015 remastered album, bonus material, remixes, audio from the Private Dancer tour, and a Blu-Ray of a 55-minute show with performances from David Bowie and Bryan Adams has been released, including the previously unreleased track 'Hot For You Baby'. Accompanying this is a 2CD variant and the remastered album on a 1LP. Private Dancer catapulted Tina into superstardom, selling 5 million copies in the US alone and featuring the #1 single "What's Love Got To Do With It," as well as top 10 hits "Let's Stay Together" and "Private Dancer," written by Dire Straits singer/guitarist Mark Knopfler. Tina swept the 1985 Grammy Awards, claiming 4 awards including Record Of The Year, Song of the Year, and Best Vocal Performance.
